Rules and Regulations

 

To ensure we have a fun, safe and healthy environment we have some Guidelines to adhere to.​

​

• Dogs must wear a suitable collar with solid Tags/Attachments showing; 

       The name of the dog, and preferably accompanied with contact details.

• ​Before dogs enter our premises a R&R Registration Form needs to be completed and your   dogs vet book/Passport must be sighted to ensure vaccinations are up to date.  Your dog may have a stand down period of 10 days after there last vaccinations, if you have let your dogs shots laps.  The vaccinations needed are 

  • - Vanguard (Distemper/Hepatitis/Parainfluenza/Parvovirus)  

  • - Leptoguard (Lepto)

  • - KC (Kennel Cough)

  • *** Your dog must be Neutered/Spayed***

 

We know Labs/Retrievers are very social beings, and for a harmonious environment we will not allow any dogs that show any aggressive or threatening behaviour.  If your dog does this, they will be asked to leave.  We cannot take persistent barkers, even though we are rural,  we still have neighbor's and our own sanity to look after.  We reserve the right to refuse any dog, at any time, for any reason.

If your dog has diarrhoea, a sniff, cough or unwell in any way please do not bring them to daycare. Please just call us if you are unsure, or just want to talk it through.

​All dogs must be on a current flea and worming program.  If a dog shows signs of Fleas ​we will contact the owner to come and collect the dog or we can treat the dog at the owners expense.

Owners are responsible for any expenses accrued due to the actions of their dog.  We take no responsibility for your vet bills

We need to ensure your dog fits in and likes coming to R&R before your dog stays.

The process can feel long, but it is gentle for your pups well-being.

Once your Registration Form is received back, a site visit will be arranged for you and your pup to view the facilities and ask any questions.  From there if we are both happy, we move forward and organise a trial/daycare date.
